Accreditation
American Association of Quality Facilities offers accreditation to members who have healthcare clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and cGMP facilities. Accreditation can be achieved in as little as two weeks. The speed of accreditation depends on how fast your facility can comply with AAQF standards, however your assigned AAQF facilitator will help you every step of the way. AAQF accreditation is good for a term of three years, then a renewal inspection will be scheduled.

ACCREDITATION APPLICATION PROCESS
Accreditation with AAQF is quick and easy with the following steps:
- 1) Register and become a member
- 2) Apply for accreditation
- 3) Receive AAQF Standards
- 4) Work with your AAQF facilitator to get your facility ready for inspection
- 5) Set inspection date and get approved
After your accreditation approval your facility will receive your accreditation letter and certificate. The accreditation certificate must be displayed in a conspicuous place that your visitors and employees can see. You will receive the AAQF Accreditation logo for you to display on your website, letting your clients know that your facility adheres to high quality standards.
ACCREDITATION FEES
Accreditation fees are based on the size of the facility. The accreditation fees are as follows:
Initial Accreditation (includes inspection and 3-year accreditation)
- Application Fee - 800USD
- Under 3000 sqft (278m2) - 5000USD
- Under 6000 sqft (557m2) - 7500USD
- Under 10000 sqft (929m2) - 10000USD
- Over 10000 sqft (929m2 and more) - call for quote
Renewal Accreditation (includes inspection and 3-year accreditation)
- Under 3000 sqft (278m2) - 3000USD
- Under 6000 sqft (557m2) - 4000USD
- Under 10000 sqft (929m2) - 5000USD
- Over 10000 sqft (929m2 and more)-- call for quote

Survey Eligibility Criteria
An organization is eligible for an accreditation survey by AAQF if the organization meets all of the following criteria. The organization:
- Has been providing services for at least one month before the on-site survey.
- Is either a formally organized and legally constituted entity that primarily provides health care services, or a sub-unit that primarily provides such services within a formally organized and legally constituted entity that may be, but need not be, health related, including laboratories and manufacturing facilities.
- Is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, or for organizations operating outside of the United States, all applicable laws and regulations.
- Providers at the facility must be licensed, if applicable.
- Shares the facilities, equipment, business management, and records with AAQF.
- Submits the completed electronic Accreditation Application, all supporting documents, and application fee in advance of the survey.
- Pays the appropriate fees for accreditation which is due at the time of the application submission.
- Acts in good faith in providing complete and accurate information during the accreditation process and during a term of accreditation.
